Amy H. Warmke is a seasoned sales, marketing and business development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the professional services and consumer products industries. A strategic thinker, with a bent towards increasing market share and driving revenue through focused sales and marketing initiatives, Warmke assists clients in identifying and navigating the internal and external challenges that can hinder growth. She has spent considerable amount of time with emerging and high growth companies developing executable business plans, building teams, raising operating capital and advising on operations and risk management strategies.
Warmke was most recently a partner in the Houston office of Lockton Companies, where she advised clients on creative risk management and insurance strategies focused on preserving the balance sheet. Prior to Lockton, Warmke spent 13 years with EY in the firm’s Strategic Growth Markets practice. As the Southwest Area Business Development Executive, she worked closely with high growth companies across all industries assessing financial and operational risks, providing support in building infrastructure, and consulting on growth and exit strategies for clients ranging from startups to large private and publicly held organizations.
Warmke is currently an advisor with Houston-based IntegriCote, Inc. and has worked with a number of other for-profit and non-profit startups, including being a founding board member of the National Business Development Association, where she still sits on the national board. She has also sat on boards or been involved with organizations such as Texchange, American Marketing Association, Rice Alliance, Association for Corporate Growth and Houston Technology Center, as well as the BBVA Compass Houston Advisory Board of Directors.
Warmke is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Property and Casualty Broker and Employee Benefits Broker.
