As Vice President of Talent Activation Strategy, Christian Gomez spearheads TMBC’s client partnerships, redefining how organizations harness the power of their people to drive their most important business outcomes. On a mission to change the world of work, he works closely with some of the world’s most innovative, people-focused organizations to design intelligent strategies that scale the practices of the world’s best leaders. Christian began his career in the U.S. military as a Sergeant of Marines, and his vast experiences and roles served as a powerful foundation for corporate business. He spent 11 years working for one of the world’s leading Human Capital Management firms, ADP, as Senior Global Business Consultant, advising some of the largest and most respected multinationals in designing their BPO and HRIS strategies.

Over the past twenty-nine years, Dayna has held leadership positions in Sales, Implementation and Services. She is an active member of the American Payroll Association. She is a frequent guest speaker for both state and local American Payroll Association Chapters touching on key employee/employer topics. Dayna also enjoys mentoring high potential individual contributors as well as leaders within ADP. Outside of ADP she is an Executive Board Member and Mentoring Program Leader for Empowering Women as Leaders (EWL), a Dallas based non-profit organization that provides scholarships and mentoring for women of non-traditional age. Dayna received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A & M University in 1988.
