Jorge Squier, Founder and CEO of Panamerican Chemical Marketing Ltd, grew the chemical-trading company for more than 20 years. The company later merged with GTM International, one of the largest chemical distribution companies in Latin America. Jorge is responsible for implementing S&OP across 14 subsidiaries; focusing on optimizing operational efficiencies; managing strategic sourcing with key suppliers; becoming the “best channel to market” though a highly efficient supply chain logistics; generating purchase value; generating additional savings and competitive advantage through purchase consolidation; creating economies of scale; and providing value to key suppliers and internal and external customers.
