Christine Spray Founder & President | Strategic Catalyst Inc. and the National Business Development Association Christine Spray is a nationally recognized business development keynote speaker, consultant, trainer and coach. Spray serves as a CEO and business advisor with a passion for helping people and companies grow. Spray launched Strategic Catalyst, Inc. after working in public accounting and industry in senior leadership roles with start-up, restructuring and growth responsibilities. Jim Langsdale Director | Grant Thornton LLP Jim Langsdale is the Director of Business Development in the Houston office of Grant Thornton, LLP. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Jim was a Director with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) for 13 years where he was recognized for numerous sales achievements, was awarded seven President’s Club awards, and served as the National Director of Corporate Alliances for eight years. Jim has served as the Vice President of Operations and Training for two separate International Franchise Organizations where he was recognized as the “Trainer of the Year” for North America in 1980. Since joining Grant Thornton in 2002, Jim has been recognized perennially as one of the top producing Business Developers. He is also a Practice Development instructor at Grant Thornton’s Senior Manager Development Conference and serves as a member of the Grant Thornton Strategic Learning taskforce. Jim’s community involvement includes the Greater Houston Partnership, the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, Texas Coalition for Capital, and Houston Producers Forum.
